Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from the carrier’s delivery time.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is $8 for orders under $45.

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying U.S. orders of $45 or more. The $45 minimum is calculated after discounts and before taxes. Expedited shipping, if offered, does not qualify for free shipping.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Tracking

When tracking is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation containing tracking information after the order has been handed to the carrier. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. Because orders may enter production or fulfillment quickly, address changes cannot be guaranteed.

If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping it.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

If tracking shows unusual delays, a package appears to be lost, or an order arrives damaged, please contact us at [ENTER YOUR BUSINESS EMAIL] with your order number and photographs when applicable. We will review the issue and assist with the appropriate carrier claim or resolution.

Please report damaged or incorrect orders within three days of delivery.

Preorders and Custom Orders

Preorder, made-to-order and custom products may have different processing times. Any different estimated timeframe will be stated on the applicable product page.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled after they have been placed. Please review all product selections, personalization details and shipping information carefully before completing checkout.
