Monthly Shipping & Subscription Policy

FIV20 Monthly Mystery Drops is an automatically renewing monthly sticker subscription available in SELECT 05 ($14.99/month) and COMPLETE 10 ($26.99/month).

Billing: Subscriptions renew monthly, with recurring billing scheduled for the 1st of each month.

Shipping: Monthly collections are scheduled to ship between the 10th and 15th of each month. Delivery times vary by location and shipping carrier.

New Subscribers: Your first collection and billing schedule will be confirmed at checkout. Subscriptions placed after the monthly enrollment cutoff will begin with the next available collection.

Cancellation: Cancel anytime before your next scheduled charge to prevent future renewals. There are no cancellation fees or long-term commitments.

Pause or Skip: Subscribers may pause their subscription or skip an upcoming delivery through their customer account before the applicable billing date.

Already-Processed Orders: Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically cancel or refund orders that have already been charged. Contact FIV20 for assistance with an existing order.

Exclusive Collections: Each month's designs are limited to that release and will not be publicly restocked, except for necessary replacements.
